Catering Policy

Booking

When scheduling your event, we will need the following information:

· Date & time of the event

· Location of the event

· Name of the organization and contact person

· Phone number, fax number & office address

· Estimated number of guest

· Type of service desired

· A guaranteed guest count is due prior to scheduled event

· Required special menus schould be confirmed at least 7 business days prior to event

· Charges for catered events are based on 4-5 hours service period. Any event lasting longer will be assesed a surcharge based on guest count

· If you wish to make a definite booking, the full amount for your event is due, if additional time is needed in order to place the booking, we would appreciate a 10% non-refundable deposit

Additional Information

· Please be advised that our catering department will set-up as late as possible towards your event time, that our quality of food and does not risk endangering the integrity of the event

· Site inspection of the Venu may be nesseccary for a flawless set-up of your catering

· If alcohol is served, the bartender is required to refuse service to persons not conducting themselves in an orderly manner and receive further instructions from the host
